Securitization Valuation Department
The Securitization Valuation Department specializes and plays a central role in the appraisal of real estate to be securitized. It has a proven track record in appraising J-REIT and many other schemes, as well as a wide range of asset types, earning a high level of recognition from securitization professionals in asset management companies, financial institutions and other organizations.
